چکیده
Abstract Immunohistochemistry (IHC) is the use of antibodies as probes to determine localization proteins in a cell or tissue sample. In microscopy, technique has been since 1940s by pathologists and research scientists. At first glance it appears straightforward procedure. However, practice, an IHC protocol number steps where problems can occur, resulting either false positive negative data. be used both transmitted light fluorescence combinations identify mark multiple interest. While published extensively, certain amount confusion exists how optimize it. This series three articles describes involved IHC, their function, some variations that occur specific protocols on differing types. It hoped better understanding these will help guide users determining optimal conditions for carrying through protocols.
